Challenge Debate: Free will
Compatabilism is the belief that God has to come to us first before we can make a choice to recieve him. What you are saying is that God has no say in us coming to him. You must believe in Dystelology( the belief that everything in nature has no purpose). Any way; Since you are a Determinist I would have to assume that you do not believe in God. I challenge you to tell me why everything is Determined and why no body has any say in their choice of something. And what you are saying is that your thoughts are controlled by the acts of nature to. The reason I bring up Compatabilism is because I believe we have a free will to choose everything but God because of our sinful nature. We are so sinful that we dont desire God and need God to convinct us with his word which is from the Bible. But when it comes to everything else I believe that we have the freedom to do so. Nothing predetermined my thoughts nor my actions. We are not controlled but believe that we have both Circumstantial freedom and metaphysical freedom. Not controlled by Dystelological nature.
