I have to do something so I'm just gonna give you something to think about before I give my main argument. In Genesis 50:20 it says "You planned for evil against me; God planned it for good". This is after Joseph is sold into slavery. This is saying all choices we make are made in free will but are simultaneously in Gods will and vice versa. As humans we cannot fully understand this is why Gods will is considered one of the mysteries of the faith. I'll give the rebuttal of the verses you've used later.

That does not mean that we have free will. It simply means that the heart of the man was intending for evil. That does not, however, mean that man's intent was his own, meaning that it was from himself alone. God planned for the man to intend evil. Hence, we only perceive free will, which is compatibilism: the most dominant view in philosophy right now. Determinism is defined as everything being determined; however, our choices being predetermined is compatibilism. this is what I have been arguing the entire time. However, this does not mean that we have free will in totality. This coincides with Isaiah 10, which states that Assyria is given a heart of arrogance and is used by God: their intentions were given to them by God for evil, which is used for good by God, since He works all things according to the counsel of His will.

Did you even read the verse. It says that they intended it for evil. They meant to hurt their brother. They in themselves chose by themselves to do it. It also says that was able to work it for good. I want to be clear that I am not saying he worked with what we did, he wouldn't have total control. He had complete control of His will, at the same time we had total control over our own actions. This is a complete mystery to us. We don't know how this works and we don't have to know how this works.
