Gays going to the supreme court for marriage will they win or lose
There are some conservative judges in that court which might be their downfall or has Obama brought an end to that? Should they just be satisfied with 8 states?
No disrespectful comments please

It's only a matter of time before gay marriage is legal in the US. It's quickly becoming legal in Europe, and America will follow soon. Right now, gay marriage is legal in Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Iceland, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, and Sweden. France will also legalize it soon. I think that it will eventually become legal across the entire EU. Also, in the case going to the supreme court now, somebody actually lost money because gay marriage is illegal. I could see the court denying it if nobody was harmed, but I don't see how it could not legalize marriage when someone was harmed. Side: Win
They will win especially when the defense of marriage act is discriminatory in that it defines marriage based on one's sexual orientation. If sex between two people of same sexes is not a crime, then why is same sex marriage illegal? And how does this violate the equal application of all laws? Side: Win
