Well i can see were this is going....When most people think geek or nerd they get the image of an unfit person and uncoordinated person. Well some consider me a geek others consider me a nerd. I do not fit in with society at all, my likes/taste and the way i handle things is so very different, but I do not "fit" the unfit and uncoordinated stereotype. I was lucky enough to be born with good genetics and amazing reflexes and I do nothing to keep in shape i sit on my ass and on my computer all day (I've watched enough fighting tutorials on the internet to mimic and apply the stuff I've learned). Put me in a fight with the stereotypical nerd or geek and I guarantee you I would win lol. Point being; there are to many factors that can be applied so this question is just silly. Side: Think Geek

Sorry I take things to seriously when i switch to "debate mode" lol. Well nerds usually have lots of knowledge stored in there brains so you don't know what to expect from them. But geeks may have better reaction time since they probably play games all day. Ima go with nerds :o Side: Beware the Nerd
For some reason I conceptualize a geek as being scrawny and a nerd as being fat, not sure why. So, given that, and that I see them being equally uncoordinated / athletic, I'd give the fight to the geek, provided he bobbed and weaves long enough for the nerd to get winded and have to pull out his inhaler. Now, if the nerd "spazzed-out" and just charged the geek, the nerd could very well crush the geek and win. But this then raises the question of what would happen if it was a battle royale between a nerd, geek, and a spaz? Side: Think Geek

A nerd isn't necessarily intellectual. He's/She's academic. That's not gonna help much in a fight, if we're talking about fighting. There's also many different types of geeks, since a geek is more of a person who invests most of their time into one thing and are generally experts in that area and little else, like a drama geek or a tech geek. Given these definitions I'm using, the geek would win. Side: Think Geek

Depends on the fight, but I lean mostly to Geeks because since nerds study more than they act physically, they are more commonly weak. In fact, I think i might be a geek based off the description of Both on the other debate. I hear they seek solitude (me) they specialize in one subject (certainly me) and they are elitists more that nerds (not me but what I do well, I take pride in it). The reason I lean to this side more is because what I'm a geek about, makes me physically stronger, so any sunless nerd that doesn't so much as step foot outside all summer that tries to take me on is getting buried.
