Government WILL always be involved in health care! Even if it's run by capitalistic corps. There HAS to be Congressional Oversight! The built in opportunities for greed and corruption are TOO EASILY instigated! Better we take the profit factor out of the management areas and keep those for the care givers … within reason. We can dump a greedy government employee, but a greedy CEO can cover things up … at least until he's (she's) filthy rich! No. I want some control over where the money I pay for health care goes, and it should NOT go to the largest, most beautiful office building in every state! One main building and a few district offices would, likely, be all that's needed. If a taxpayer finds out that the government is throwing happy time junkets a couple times a year, with benefits, we can STOP them. Capitalists can spend our money anyway they want! (A few of Trumps personally vetted "secretaries" have found that out! :-) I'll take "Gummint" (of, by and FOR the people), control of my health care any time, over a greedy capitalist! The biggest mess we can have is letting each state have their own health care rules! Leave your job? better check the health care in that state! Not as good?? Well, better not take that better job! Think about it! Our founding fathers had 13 colonies to think about. They didn't have 50 states! They didn't have 310M people. It's called the healthcare system we had before Socialist Democrats got involved with it. Did you notice how the cost of our old Healthcare system started outpacing inflation once Progressives got involved? Remember when the Left started suing Doctors and awarding huge liability claims against Doctors? This is when the cost of healthcare skyrocketed because of the insane insurance Doctors had to purchase to cover any possible lawsuit. The Left started forcing States to provide medicaid for able bodied people who refused to work. This is when Doctors and Hospitals started charging so much because it was easy money with no competition. Then Obamacare made the old system look cheap after Government got their mandated noses into our health.
