Green day is a crappy band

Yea, they suck

Side Score: 4
VS.

No

Side Score: 30

First, their music has no real rhythm that doesn't sound like cow turds hiting a drum. Second, their music has no good emotional founding. The only emotion is emo, if that even is a emotion.

No rythem??? lmao you haven't listened to them or don't know what rythem is.

All music is emotional... the full word for the "emo" footing you are slipping from. Jeeze dude, what rock did you crawl out from... o.O

No rythem??? lmao you haven't listened to them or don't know what rythem is.

This song is more like cow turds hitting a drum but, still has its interesting side. I like this song but, seriously you'll notice a huge difference.

Yes they do suck because they make fun of my beliefs.

Unless you are a follower of Corporate Christianity the band aren't making fun of your beliefs, even though Billie Joe Armstrong is an Atheist he isn't anti Christianity but the people who use Christianity to make money rip people off and oppress them

I am not a follower of Corporate Christianity and yes they did make fun of my beliefs by the song called jesus of suburbia and I don't like there music at all.

Most people don't use Christianity to make money some do but others don't and they are fully committed to making songs.

Nope they I think they are pretty good. I like the sound of the guitar and the meaning's of some of their songs. Especially this one:

Boulevard of broken dreams

I personally like this one. It's from one of their newer albums which says a lot.

I don't usually like listening to lyrics so I'll listen to instrumental or foreign language music instead, but some bands are okay. (I like this song)

Side: Yea, they suck

I don't agree with saying any band is "crappy". I personally am not a huge fan of them, but that is just because of my personal taste in music. But they arent a bad band.

I like Green Day they put on a good show and make some good music although they are not the Punk Rock Heroes they have been portrayed as they are a pretty good rock band

I could see how some could like them. I'm not a big fan, I just like the one song I'll link, but of everything they do I've never cursed myself for hearing it.

If I had to classify anything as crappy anything, it'd be country, metal, or fake dubstep. Songs where there is either no actual good sounds, and it's all noise, or where the voices and or instruments are annoying. Green Day isn't actually annoying.

One of their bests, imo

I think Green Day keeps their style and retains originality in their songs. Examples

Holiday

Kill the DJ

Welcome to Paradise

Boulevard of Broken Dreams

* etc.

Think of how different these songs sound from each other. Yet they somehow retain the green day style..

Also, Billy Joe Armstrong writes amazing lyrics. Yes, the songs are hard to get because they are similar to American Pie or a Warren Zevon or Linkin Park song etc. But that's what makes them so good. When you get down to what the lyrics mean, Billy Joe Armstrong is quite clever, not to say that I'm Mr. Song-Translator myself.

They might be, but I like their music.

No way. They are fucking awesome. Green Day has cool songs and the live performances from them are perfect.
