the government is responsible for just about every kind of civilian violence. thats what we have police for. that doesnt mean they should ban guns necessarily, but the police are the right hand of the govt, and are there to help prevent violence Side: Yes, a gov't responsibility

I chose this side because I think that it isnt the government's responsibility. No matter how hard the government works, if there are really people who are against them, and become violent, then it is not their fault. However, somehow it is also a part of their responsibility because they should help the citizens become better people. Side: No, not
