I’ve learned the Karl Marx who never worked a day in his life was in actual fact a tireless worker for the working class man I’ve learned the just because Marx invested and lost heavily in the stock market doesn’t mean he was a hypocrite I’ve learned that Marx’s buddy the millionaire Engels was also a tireless champion of the working class man I’ve learned that just because Marx and Engels called blacks niggers and detested Jews and Mexicans doesn’t make them racist I’ve learned that Bin Laden was framed as was Roger rabbit 9 / 11 was an inside job and if you disagree well you’re obviously a neo Nazi I’ve learned anyone who disagrees with these statements is a racist and neo Nazi I’ve learned that to call a country like Zimbabwe, Chad or the Congo is racist because in P C terms countries are now classified as races I’ve learned that in these over the top P C times that to call a 54 year old man who has sex with a 9 year old a peadophile makes one an Islamaphobe because obviously one would also have to be a neo Nazi or worse to suggest such a thing On a more serious note though its Interesting hearing the views of Americans on a range of subjects , culturally we speak the same language but are poles apart on different issues in a lot of cases , but it is great to hear opinions on the big issues as in guns , welfare , abortion etc , etc, Side: Yes this
@Amarel I agree with your sentiment here. I think I have learned quite a lot from members on this forum (as well as others) in a variety of ways. Also, I view this in many ways as a sports "scrimmage" in which one is given an arena to test out their current skill set/level, refine their views and methods via the experience, while most of the serious training toward improvement occurs "off-the-field" so to speak. I think this site and others of the kind are an invaluable resource in this regard. Side: Yes this
I've learned that the bad side of all religions is vicious even more than I thought. It seems like, at least on this site, the good side is losing. Too bad. I think many people NEED a religion, for the time being at least, but, too many use them as a tool of hate. A tool to "justify" hate. Not how its supposed to be. Side: Yes this

This is my third debate website and pretty much every topic and every behavior was already demonstrated elsewhere. The sole exception is the right of the debate originator to ban participants. But that isn't really learning anything, that's just a difference in how the rules were set up from the start. And the fact that bad people will abuse the ability to ban, and then mock the people they ban, really isn't a new lesson to me, because I would have expected that from them anyway. Side: No nothing
No, I never learn. That is why I'm on a debate site. People who don't ever learn have been banished to debate sites where they can argue passionately about things they don't know for years without ever coming to grips with how little they actually know. Isn't that what it's really about? Welcome to the internet echo chamber, where some kook, government agent, or 12 year old doing it for the lulz has already made a website, video channel, or talk show that reinforces whatever stupid thing it is you believe in... NO MATTER HOW RIDICULOUS. Believe whatever you want to believe, really, you'll find plenty of positive reinforcement and very little resistance that amounts to anything. Then debate about it. Heck, you don't even have to read what other people tell you, just ramble on and fight the imaginary little strawmen in your head. All the while not ever really truly being aware that you are doing this. This is a debate website, come on? Do you people not realize that this is clearly a mental asylum? You know what they used to do to crazy people? They'd send them to monasteries. What did they do at monasteries? Push sand around in circles, repeat mantras over and over, and DEBATE. Debate is FOR CRAZY PEOPLE. IF you are on this site, it is because you are CRAZY. It's ok though, because debate is actually therapy for madness. Either that, or the drug that fuels it. That depends totally on whether or not at least someone involved cares about THE TRUTH. Which is why I have only one message. Surrender to The Supreme and Ultimate Reality, recognizing this as your God, Salvation, Repemption, The Way, The Truth, The Life, The Good Teacher, The Good Doctor, The Big G.
