I feel that in the interests of public safety it would be reasonable to ask anyone not wearing a mask to offer their excuse for disregarding this recommended health measure and why they think it is acceptable that they should be allowed to risk the lives of others by their selfish, non-caring attitude. Side: Challenge them.
How do you react when in a public place you see someone unmasked? Hello: Well, I walk up to 'em and punch 'em in the face, and then I punch the next guy, and the next, and even the next until they learn.. Yeah... That's what I do.. What do YOU do when you see somebody wearing a mask? You punch 'em too, right? excon Side: Challenge them.
Experience has taught me that such conduct usually results in reciprocal retaliatory physical action followed by the inescapable legal rigmarole. A better approach is to tell the offending party to put on his face mask and cover his dreadful ugliness as he/she is frightening the children and those adults of a delicate disposition. I don't think anyone would, or should have a problem with that, do you? Side: Challenge them.

There is a strong case for business proprietors and those responsible for the management of commercial establishments to which the public have access to deny admittance to those who do not have a creditable and preferably, a verifiable reason for not wearing a protective face mask. Side: Leave the premises?
The prime function of a mask is to provide another layer of protection for those with whom we may come into contact. You know, other human beings, including those with underlying health issues and the elderly. That may be your granny, your mom or just some aged innocent soul who happens to be unfortunate to come into close proximity with a selfish shit-bag who couldn't give a fuck about anyone but themself. I think mask mandates should be mandatory. As for me personally challenging them, no this ironically leads to more talking and thus more virus particles in the air. Instead, I keep my distance and try to be in and out of the store I am shopping at quickly. "a continued mask mandate for all without regard to immunization status should be maintained" By Claudia Wallis on June 12, 2020 I think somebody with authority and training like a police officer would be much better for challenging unmasked individuals.
