I average about 1-2 hours a day.

It's always on in the background but I pay little attention to it.

A minimum of 4 hrs in weekdays. And weekends, it's 3/4th of the day.

I watch movies on the computer. It's probably been months since I last sat down in front of the telly.

I usually don't have time to watch tv so I will say about an hour since I do have the news on in the morning.

I like to think that the lack of real television watchers so far in this post is due to a forum full of smart people who spend their time meaningfully. :)

I realize that there seems to be an awful trend where people are completely and utterly absorbed in the media and entertainment industry largly via TV. These are the majority it seems, people whose oppinions, thoughts, likes, dislikes, everything that makes them human, are determined by the media. Its sad enough to make a person cry really.

I used to be a product of the media, a zombie who watches 5-6 hours on weekdays and all day and night on weekends. I had DVR and all the channels you could think of. Ever since i was divorced, I just stopped watching TV. It seemed like TV lacked real meaning, there was no real content and thus no more entertainment.

I dont watch television anymore, I have a unit for when company comes over or to watch a movie once in a while, but most of the time the TV remains off and my living room silent save for the tick tock of a wall clock. And I like it this way :)

I like to watch at least 4 hours of TV per day. However, there are some days whereby I will watch more or less.
