I don't actually know of any "anti-Israel stance" on the left. Every "lefty" President has supported and protected Israel. Certainly not ALL of Israeli moves by some Israeli governments, but, Israel has never had to worry about the U.S. backing them. This, and other right wing lies, perpetrated by Trump/Putin supporters, to spread division in our countries work very well.
