Right wingers think bureaucracy is the deep state and needs to cut off at the neck.. In his zeal to cut, cut, cut, Trump eliminated an office dedicated to pandemic prevention - an office we could use right now. Democrats/Sanders think those kinds of offices are important to the well being of the nation.
