How would you act if you thought your life were in danger? Put yourself in a Cop's shoes!

don't know about you, but if I was dealing with someone who I thought might be trying to kill me, I would be terrified and probably shoot first if I thought he was going for a gun. I will not judge a cop until he is proven guilty in a court of law.

To all you judgemental leftwing race baters, you have found these police officers guilty without any evidence other than some videos that do not show all the facts. A homemade video AFTER THE FACT by a girlfriend telling you what she wants you to believe. She could be lying for all you know. She could be telling the truth. YOU DON'T KNOW!

If your boyfriend was just shot by a cop, would you be in the right stage of mind to start videoing or would you try to get emergency help for him? Did she call 911? No, she started videoing and watched him die! Looks like she was more concerned with becoming famous!

Those on the Left are race baters. They don't care of the facts or evidence. They instantly find the cops guilty.

For the thousandth time, white men are killed by the police ALL THE TIME, but it does not make headline news! Can you be so stupid?

If your boyfriend was just shot by a cop,

Time for good old victim blaming.

would you be in the right stage of mind to start videoing or would you try to get emergency help for him?

When the cops shoot you for the slightest movement you have no choice but to hold the phone steady

Did she call 911?

The police are already there. Do you not see how indefensible a scenario you are painting? Any time you have to call 911 to protect you from the people that show up when you call 911 you are having a bad day.

"Any time you have to call 911 to protect you from the people that show up when you call 911 you are having a bad day." I love this line. XD

You don't pull your gun out unless you are ready to shoot someone. The officer made the decision to kill the guy, then told him to reach for his wallet so he could kill him. This is first degree murder.

They don't care of the facts

What incredible bullshit. You created a debate to imagine this scenario. That completely ignores all facts. Telling people to use their imagination instead of looking at the facts then claiming other people don't care about facts is ridiculous.

"How would you act if you thought your life were in danger? Put yourself in a black American's shoes".

I'm sure that never crossed his mind.

I absolutely would use deadly force if I thought I HAD TO. But let's be clear. Many of the recent scenarios discussed in the news the officers really can't fairly say they had to. They were not alone. They were not on the losing end of the confrontation, in fact instead the alleged perpetrators were on the ground on the losing end or in the confined space of a parked car. They had not exhausted other options such as backing away and taking cover and calling for back-up. And, they could just as easily aimed for an arm or leg instead of dead center chest.

I support police doing what is necessary to get their job done and to save the lives of themselves and others. But I can't support carelessness in using deadly force.

Hey, if life were a bad Hollywood cop movie and Dirty Harry blew away the bad guy we'd all cheer, but Dirt Harry would STILL be up for internal investigations, would STILL be suspended for awhile or maybe even lose his badge, etc. Even in Hollywood we wouldn't be surprised at that level of scrutiny. So why are we surprised when real life cops get challenged? It's a whole lot more serious when it's real lives and not just a character in a script.

I would put "Hot Lead" in the threat and put an end to it ! What more should be said !

I think you punctuated your last sentence wrong. I'm not the grammar police , but it would be more correct if you did it thusly:

Yours: Can you be more stupid? FromWithin

I would correct it to be : "Can you be more stupid FromWithin?

You are correct. Plus the revised punctuation implies stupidity comes from within, which is also usually true.
