I'm against abortion - obviously I'd say birth.

However, if the husband also has reason to believe that the birth could result in the death of his wife, he should sue and attempt to get a court order for an abortion.

It's her body. She chooses what she wants to do. Even if she knows there is a risk of dying, but she wants the baby, then that's her choice.

the husband has no say in the matter?

..................................

The husband visits a prostitute.... its his body he can do what he wants? ......

its a husband and wife a discussion needs to take place.

But that's different. You can't compare a prostitute to a human child. If the parents can and will take care of the child, then she shouldn't get an abortion. I agree a discussion needs to take place, but eventually he would have to accept her choice, he can't force her to get an abortion.

Regardless of whether the husband wants the baby or not, it is the woman's choice. Your analogy that the hubby visits a prostitute is not the same. People have adulterous affairs, but a fetus is still a part of the woman's body as long as it's attached to the uterus wall. Unless the hubby went and had the prostitute fused to his body, it's not the same thing.

Well, it's the wife's body. She can do whatever the hell she wants with her baby. Now, if SHE wanted the abortion and the HUSBAND wanted the baby, it'd be a different story. See, because she's the one that has to go through all of the pain of childbirth and labor and what not. It's always the one who is having the child's decision, in my opinion.

They made the decision to have sex with out protection, They should have the baby.

If she stopped taking the pill without telling the husband she has some explaining to do.

But what if the Husband wanted the baby and the wife wanted an abortion! would anyone care about his feelings? including the Law?

I completely am against abortion, it's practically the same as murdering an inosent new born baby, unless it's for very important reasons, but this husbands reason, is absolutely ridiculous. I say, have the baby, and dont even ginve the baby away,

" You chose to bring a baby into this world, since it's born it's now your responsibility"- heyyyy

she doesn't want an abortion...her husband can't make her have one because it's not HIS body. She wants the baby, let her keep the baby

I am going to side with the birth but only because I would have to assume that the husband and wife had not intended for the pregnancy and to remain pregnant is her choice.

As for taking the child away at birth, for what reason would that happen? I am going to assume that the mother is NOT abusing the child since she chose to continue to term despite her husband's wish, I cannot see a reason for it.

Side: Birth

The wife should have the final say. If she wants to give birth to the baby, then she should. The husband should not have any decision.
