Hypocrisy: Supporting the death penalty, but not abortion.

Almost always the death penalty is imposed on those who have been convicted of willful and premeditated murder.

In the case of abortion the unborn baby is executed at the whim of the pregnant mother-to-be. Sometimes as a result of being under duress from, dirty dick the father.

Although the unborn child has not committed any crime it is cruelly and brutally ripped from its mother's womb and disposed of like so much garbage.

Sure, but since the death penalty is also wilful and premeditated murder, it renders any appeal to morality null and void and makes the executioner a hypocrite.

Does that defence work in court?

Say, for example, I discover that my grandmother has just been murdered by my best friend. In a fit of rage I then kill my best friend. Does the court let me off or do I get sent to jail for murder?

The fetus is not a baby until it has sufficient brainwaves..................................................................................................

And who has conferred this moral status on the unborn baby?

Technically brain development begins during the 3rd week of pregnancy.

At this stage the forebrain, midbrain, hindbrain and spinal cord are rapidly forming.

By the forth week the eyes and ears are forming including connections to the developing brain.

Who has the right to deprive the unborn baby the right to develop and mature just as God/nature intended?

I guess you reckon you have and anyone else who is of a mind to do so.

The death penalty is the ultimate Pro life message.

It's saying that innocent life is so precious, that if any evil depraved person takes an innocent life, he will be executed, thereby assuring he will never take another innocent life inside or outside of prison.

Execution makes sure that no Prison correction officer, no other prisoner, no cafeteria worker, etc. etc. will ever be killed by this lunatic, no matter he has a life sentence with no chance of parole.

That is how important innocent life should be. No one is forcing these evil people to kill. They choose to do so, and thereby chose to be executed.

If there is any possibility the killer could be innocent, then there should be no death penalty sentence.

This is not rocket science for most people.

Yes, innocent people with brainwaves have the right to life.

Why do you help elect those who support killing these viable badies that DO HAVE BRAIN WAVES?
