I hate People Like This, and they're everywhere

I was getting shit at a grocery store I always go to, this was a couple of weeks ago by the way, and this lady in front of me started talking with the manager (who was bagging her groceries) about how Palin was an idiot woman who wanted to kill polar bears and wolves. okay, obviously she hates the good sport of hunting, and she's annoying enough to bring up politics in the middle of a grocery store, so i just kept my mouth shut mainly because i could see the cashier also looked nervous and the manager was actually agreeing with her. I didn't want to be a dick and start arguing with her in the middle of the store (what's there to argue? she hates Palin and hates hunting). here's what pissed me off. Once everything was scanned, the cashier asked (with a smile on his face thinking "o great, she's a humanitarian so she'll have to do it") "would you like to donate a dollar to 'Feed the Hungry'" and this dumb bitch actually finds the balls to say "well... um... no, i already spent enough at this store". now, i understand that on average people spend about 200 dollars at a grocery store and wouldn't like to give a real donation to a charity after spending that much. this bitch spent about 50 dollars and all they were asking for was a DOLLAR! i give a dollar every time i buy something from them. so here's my problem, she hates hunting because "O NOES, THE POOR WIDDLE ANIMALS!!!", but she won't spare a dollar to help HUMANS who are starving to death. I hate people like this.

I buy 20 yogurts once a week, they always, I mean always, split the yogurts up into several different bags... why the hell do they do that? My life would be soooooo much easier if they just put all the yogurts in the same bag.

Worse, I buy a loaf of bread, I'd say 75% of the time, they put that loaf of bread in a bag with something in a can. It never fails. When I get home, I need to dig around for yogurt who knows where, and I have smashed bread.

It's BS.

And yeah, that ladies an annoying b*^$h.

I usually give to their charities too, even though it's almost always breast cancer, and fake tits look great... but hey. (joke, I'm joking breast cancer is a terrible thing)

baggers are mostly teenagers that don't know what the shit their doing. just let it go, or bitch at them at how you want your groceries bagged. if you do the second one at least you won't have smashed bread or need to dig around for your yogurt. (:

and just a friendly reminder to please don't bash at breast cancer; my aunt had it...

i see, like all breast cancer victims, you have something that you would like to get off of your chest.

Yes, they are everywhere and everywhere I go I can't stand them. The point is hardly what she spent because she could have been at that store for the fourth time that week for all we know but damn...a dollar to feed the hungry and she couldn't bring herself to do it? I don't know that I could have contained myself with that woman...and you know how I feel about Palin, the poor widdle animules and all that but shit...someone needs to smack her smart!

She does sound like a world-class idiot. However, I am picky about what charities I choose to donate for. I find that if you look closely, most of the funding for many charities either goes to research or "other", but if it was only $1!!!! Those are the people I detest...What a sad world!

These people are everywhere. What is more annoying - complaining about the welfare of animals due to hunters and not donating to humanitarian causes, or spewing incredibly opinionated political views to strangers in mixed company?

I don't know, I hate both.
