A person can be happy anywhere, even in England. Equally, a person can be miserable anywhere. Being angry is different. Some problems, such as injustice, would not be solved were people not to become angry. If good changes come about through anger being a motivation, then that is a positive. Side: Me too
Personally I find that working out or going for a run burns off my negative emotions. Research supports this notion that exercise reduces stress (Source 1). Sources: (1) http://www.apa.org/news/press/releases/ Side: Me too

I think there can be a good that comes out of anger, as someone else pointed out, being angry about social injustices can bring about massive change. But it's very important to know how to deal with the anger and to minimize it in other situations. Just being angry all the time can have such a negative impact on the body. It's really important to sort through it, find the cause and try to fix it if you can, if you can't then try to deal with it in a conducive, positive way. Side: Why?

The angry people I see every day have one thing in common. They are hypocrites who are too insecure to see or admit their own faults. You've heard of the golden rule whereby we should treat others as we would have them treat us? So when you are angry at others for doing the same things you might do, what does that say about you? For example, if some driver cuts in front of you on the road, and you give him the horn and scream at him. Ask yourself, have you ever accidentally cut in front of another driver? Would you want them giving you the horn and screaming at you for your mistake? I find that angry people rarely come to grips with the fact that they do the same types of things that get them so angry when others do it. Look in the mirror the next time you get angry at someone, and ask yourself, have you ever done the same thing. Anger when expressed against others is basically saying, I am perfect, because if you are not perfect, how do you justify your anger when they make mistakes or do stupid things? Side: Why?

Yes, so the next time you feel like attacking me for expessing my free speech to show Kaepernic for who is, please stop and look for some Liberal argument where they are attacking a White Supremace for using his free speech against what he considers Black crime, etc. etc. Are you so quick to judge the Left when they attack radical rightwing protests?
