Hello:

If Christians are in the majority, you COULD teach the bible in school.. But, if Muslims become the majority, they'd teach the Koran..

Are you good with that???

Dude!

Disagree. Christianity is a package of lies taken from their bibles, that contain no credibility and in fact supports many, many evils and evil practices.

And I disagree for a second reason and that is because Christianity isn't the only religion that would need to be taught in schools.

To teach all religions would require teaching students flawed beliefs that would amount to lies and contradictions of other religions. Not needing to even mention that all religions contradict known scientific facts!

To teach an religious superstitous beliefs would be a direct contradiction of people's democratic rights to choose what they want to believe.

America's separation of church and state is the only correct position to take.

Only academic subjects should be taught in schools, especially junior schools.

If, however it is deemed that religious education should be included in the curriculum then the fundamental principles of all the mainstream religions should be taught to students on a without bias basis.

This way children's young and impressionable minds will not be indoctrinated with the teachings of any particular one of the many man-made-faiths thus enabling them to evaluate the merits, or lack thereof, of each individual religion, including atheism, as they become fully developed and more able to make mature judgements.

As atheists believe there is no God, atheism is therefore also a belief.

Atheism isn't a belief. Atheists have nothing in common as their beliefs, but only have commonality is disbelief.

No Christian has ever been able to name a belief that is common to all atheists. It can never be done because atheists disbelieve many different religions.
