Very true. It's strange how so many people are trying to fix something which isn't broken.

People use horrible things every day if it serves a purpose. Look at the people who are immigrating through the border. Are they people who appear to use an item that is broken or not operating correctly by necessity? Or, are they people who appear to wait for things to be fixed when broken as a way of international commerce?

By basic Principle Constitutional separation is never discrimination it is only described as one. The issue is a fence/wall is not a real constitutional separation. A fence/wall is a general separation with a focused purpose. Limiting the range of travel of people is not adequate purpose for imitate domain use on a Federal Level. It is barley legal for State level and never will be legal for international level.

To point out an international purpose that is Constitutional would be a canal dug from the Pacific Ocean to the Gulf of Mexico. As this meet all International requirements it would also meet and Local, State, and Federal requirements and conditions to qualify.

Any wall/fence currently under construction is temporary at best. As the distance the barrier is set to travel, by both plans and construction are the path of a future canal. As legal cause always take precedent over illegal political agenda over time.
