I would have thought this would be an obvious answer but the numbers seem to disagree. Heaven is heaven. The place that the struggle in life is meant to be leading to. Its meant to be eternal bliss and happiness. Why substitute eternal bliss and happiness to be reincarnated back into life where you can experience pain and suffering? Side: Go to Heaven
The idea of an afterlife or heaven changes from religion to religion. The Norse believe you travel to Valhalla when you die in battle, the Greeks believe you go to hades. Heaven is the perspective of your own beliefs and cultural ideas. I would go to heaven because in my own idea, heaven is where you are happy and blissful for all eternity. Side: Go to Heaven

Given the two options, I would be most willing to have another crack at living my life. Would this hypothetical situation allow you to remember the things you remembered from your previous life? As that would be even better. I'd love to have the oppotunity to do some things differently, and also have more time to do the things that I've done right. Side: Be reincarnated

Switzerland is the only peaceful country on the planet. Heaven is described 4,000 years ago by the prophet Job as the abode of God. There is no proof of reincarnation by animal or human. Humans naturally want to live forever hence the creation of the concept of reincarnation. Jesus promised to all who believe on Him that they will dwell with Him forever in Heaven. No one has ever been born as a cow or mosquito and spoken that life is hard. Side: Go to Heaven

Something tells me its not a country at war or experiencing civil/societal unrest. "There is no proof of reincarnation by animal or human." There is no proof of heaven by animal or human either, simply conjecture. Nice argument from ignorance, though. I think we have more peaceful countries in the world. Let me think... Iceland? Uruguay? But anyway, if you born as talking mosquito i'm shure you will be talking all the seconds of your life about how hard is to be a mosquito. You know, all your friends killed by insecticides, or directly by hand, eat blood, all the time you must be taking care about those so attractive electric lights and things like that. Personally I would prefer to be reincarnated. To spend eternity bringing up old memories would be like sitting in a bed looking at the roof and waiting to fall asleep with the lights on. Reincarnation begins a new life and new memories, with new outcomes and different situations, although the old life would not be remembered. If there was a way to meet halfway, I'd stay in heaven until I felt I had caught up enough, then be reincarnated. I'd also like to say that I am not a believer of either theories, but there's nothing wrong with posing situations. Side: Be reincarnated
I would rather be reincarnated. As stated before, heaven would be a really boring place, though it sounds good on paper. A place where all of your whims are met? Your pleasures fancied? Well if that is true, then you would be bored for all eternity, since in essence you know what is going to happen before you do it, which would quickly become tiring. If you are reincarnated, you lose a measure of control over your life due to things that are out of control. While it may suck at some times, I think it is much more pleasurable than predetermined heaven, since the inherent lack of control forces you to better yourself. Though it may be painful, it is a much more interesting existence. Side: Be reincarnated
