It is tantamount to murder. 1.If I'm walking the, in a forest in Africa and then Devontae or La'quonda jumps out of nowhere and impales my face with a spear, then that is the same as when an Animal gets the urge to lash out and kill somebody 2. Who's to say that this Animal won't get the urge to kill someone else? It would be too risky to let the Animal stick around. So keeping the Animal alive would be a danger to anyone else it comes across. Side: Agree

Most serial killers begin on animals. So anyone who kills an animal is a higher risk of being a serial killer than people who don't kill animals. So let's put down all the people who kill animals. Or people could stop thinking they are the only important thing on this planet and choose not to walk in areas where they are intruding on a lion's or whatever territory Side: Disagree/depends

In self-defense, yes. However, when the person is already dead, remember that animals aren't conscious. They only have what we call instinct. When it experiences something, and an effect takes place, they are going to remember that as if if they do that, that effect, again, will take place. So, only hold the animal captive. This is a hard desicion for me. If wild (not endangered) totally. But it depends if its something like a tamed dog. If it defends its owner then give em a throne! My dog would bite me hard if he had meat and I came near him. He used to love dry dog food but now he hates it. All he wants is meat and he goes killer mode when he sees meat. If he kills someone for meat....... No more life for that dog.... Side: Disagree/depends
