It depends on who this god is and what he has done. If he is all-powerful but chooses to only protect those who follow him, then no because that's a dick move and I wouldn't associate myself with a god that has a preference for only some of his creation.
But I'd need a true sign of some god, not just a burnt piece of toast with jesus or a stain in the wall that looks like mary.
The concept of hell is too much and too overwhelming therefore if God really was real and additionally was a cool guy to get along with I would fuckin worship him. Unfortunately the possibility of his existence is out of the question in my mind, this shits not real so it will not happen!
Were the Christian God and the concept of Original Sin conclusively proven, I would not worship that God.

Original Sin is one of the concepts of Christianity that I must wholeheartedly reject, and any attempt to convince me otherwise is absolutely futile, I assure you.
If the Christian God does exist and the Bible is accurate, then you would have to worship him and "accept Jesus into your heart" (whatever that means) in order to be saved.
You don't have to call yourself a Christian, you just need to follow the rules of the Bible.
Well the title just says "god" so it's not very specific as to what "laws" would have to be followed. Seeing as there are many types of God. And many different religious practices surrounding these gods.
It shows that your original argument doesn't apply to every religion. I can only assume that when you brought up hell, you were thinking of Christianity.
And continuing to dispute this is pointless due to the fact that i was not directly referring to Christianity. You just made the mistake to assume so. 0.o
Damn, you sure do give up quick. I thought I just made it pretty clear that you limited which God it could be by bringing up hell. I'm not even specifically talking about the Christian God anymore.

Well, I originally brought up Christianity and you said that the debate wasn't specifically about Christianity. So then I pointed out that you limited which God you could be referring to, by mentioning that sinners are in hell. Not every religion believes in hell, but the ones that do require their followers to worship God if they want to go to Heaven. So in your argument you made it clear that you think if God is real, then hell must be real... yet you wouldn't worship that God. So unless you are satisfied with thought of going to hell, then your argument is flawed.
Only though Jesus, well then I guess heaven is going to be a pretty lonely place seeing as 3/4 of the World is not Christian and the ones that do call themselves Christian don't follow.

If god existed would you worship him?
No I would not worship anything no matter who or what it is, I and a freeman and if a being or Deity requires me to worship it I would tell that Deity do what you want with me, kill me torture me, send me to hell, do what ever to me because I will not worship, I would however respect this being if this being is worth respecting.
A god that demands worship is by nature an egotistical god (surprise surprise) and if god knows everything I am screwed either way for denying him ,so no point in really sucking up to him...he is kind of vengeful ...
No. I would tell him I lead a life using all that you had to offer, and that I did my best to help others. If you feel I do not deserve to go to heaven for not worshiping you, then I would be more than happy you just end my life entirely. No heaven, no hell, no purgatory, just pure and simple death. Which is what I want. It feels natural. I don't want to live on forever, it would be really, really sad. Just the thought now that in the future all m friends will die and I will be the only one left, horrifies me.
I would not worship him any more than I would worship David Cameron or Obama. The only difference is between God and our world leaders is that God (if he was real) is totally malicious and corrupt (what kind of person floods the lands to kill all but his favorites?). And if God was a good man, he would have created us to be free.
