First of all, if Conservatives were in complete control, we wouldn't be America. The USA is about equal rights for all. According to your argument, apparently this is only true for white Americans born here. Saying that "Liberals let Islamic individuals into this country and then a couple of Islamic people committed an act of terrorism so they're terrorists" is so idiotic. If I used the same logic, then you Conservative types should all be kicked out because one or two of your type committed a crime so therefore all of you must be criminals.

Ever heard of the phrase "home-grown-terrorist"? Radicalisation is and does occur from the very homes of people. The internet is perhaps the most useful recruitment tool in the modern age.

Since 9/11, the U.S. has admitted 784,000 refugees into the country. According to the Migration Policy Institute, during that time, exactly three refugees were found to have links to terrorism. That's .00038% of refugees.

Considering conservative America is what is causing Muslims to despise the West, the only thing a strict, alt-right government would achieve is even more hatred and terrorism directed at the West. Actually, I take that back - there wouldn't be more terrorism. That's because terrorism would simply be considered war. The more hatred we spew at IS and the middle east, the closer we get to a full-out war.

It's far more complicated than that. Islamic terrorism has been around for 1500 years. 911 occurred under Bush, but was in the planning under Clinton. It was Bush who decided to go into Iraq, a boneheaded move. This destabilized the region making it ripe for a whole host of miscreant groups to fill the void. But, Obama's boneheaded move to leave when he did created a vacuum that ISIS filled and grew stronger. It's wasn't liberal or conservative that caused it; it was misguided US policies that helped fan the flames of it.
