If one is wronged, is an apology always needed?

Why do you feel this way, and if not what could be an example of a minor wrong doing that requires no apology.

The debate is asking about an action being taken upon you. In this case if you are wronged do you feel an apology is required, etc with what the description says.

So why is my answer inapplicable?

Not in every case. For example, let's assume we have a teacher and we have two students. The teachers asks "What's 9 + 10?". One kid answers "21" and the other says "19". The incorrect student has no obligation morally, socially, or ethically to apologize for the error. He simply corrects himself and learns the proper response.

An apology is not needed ALL the time. It depends on how the person is wrong. If they did something bad to cause another upset, then yes an apology is definitely needed. However, if they answered a general question wrong at school, then an apology probably is necessary.

Having a question answered wrong, isn't the same as being wronged.
