No, first of all "His poorness doesn't count" is a very harsh way to say it. Of course it counts, but if the mother really wants the baby so much that she doesn't listen to the fathers will, she should be able to handle the child alone. For starters i will say that a mother shouldn't be allowed to abort AGAINST the fathers will, no matter which way it goes, it should be an agreement.
