The government needs a warrant to put a tracking device on your car to see where you’re going. As of June of last year they need a warrant just to find out where your phone says you have already been. While the government agents can physically observe you, they cannot follow you around by digitally tracking you unless they have probable cause and a judge who agrees. Side: I don't think that's LEGAL
Ehm.... I wouldn't feel comfortable knowing that the government might be listening, imagine saying something that sounds wrong. Ur in big trouble, or if u were doing private things with a partner...they would listen to that, plus its a big invasion of privacy, the idea is good but there are some pros and cons, in this case there are a lot of cons. It's a wonderful idea for 2 time felons, but, yeah, probably illegal at this time. If you carry a cell phone, though, you're nearly there, and if you do facebook and spread your "privacy" all over the internet, WTF, they don't even NEED to follow you around! They know what a lot of people are doing all day, what they plan to do at night … or next week!
