I think the only sane answer to this question is: Turducken. That way you can still enjoy turkey, duck, chicken and (depending on your recipe) sausage or shrimp. Check out the different variations here.
If I had to eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be 'Rigatoni D' from Maggiano's. The good news is that when you go there they give you almost enough for a lifetime supply so I still have some leftovers.
Chicken Taco. No question about it. This is the one food that I have never gotten sick of EVER. I even got sick of pizza in college... But never my beloved chicken taco... Matter of fact, I'm going to get some chicken tacos right now.
