Go on a diet that 0% glutin and take a nice long walk once every one or two days. Mind you, glutin-free diets are expensive, but I lost, literally, 50lbs on one. One reason is because glutin is probably the most fattening thing in food, another reason is that, due to the expenses of the diet, I stopped snacking all the time. In fact, I felt starved a lot of the time (LOL). So it's a good diet. Just remember to eat and made it won't be too painful while you loose a ton of weight. Swimming is my favorite workout. Maybe it's just how my body is, but it tones my body nicely and it works about every muscle group. And when I say swim, I mean do laps. When you get tired, do slow back strokes, then start doing normal laps again once you're ready. I also take two fish oil pills each day. One before breakfast and one before dinner. It keeps me healthy and gives me stamina. 2

I stopped drinking anything with sugar, mainly stuck with water. Ate a bowl of oatmeal to start the day, then worked out. Ate a good lunch and would either not eat supper or just have a light snack. I dropped about 50 pounds in about 3 months.Only change I've made since then is that I've started drinking my sweet tea again so I don't lose any more. I got to where I wanted to be. 1

Alright... I can guarantee you'll lose around 6 Kgs that is 13 pounds I guess in a week's time if you walk an hour each evening and Half of an hour each morning of a week with out fail. But, you have to avoid Fat and consume more of Fruits. After the morning walk the Best breakfast is an Apple with milk. And maybe a little Oatmeal. You can see the difference like hell and so will others....! 1

heres a few quick tips ive picked up! -green tea has ecgc, a chemical that boosts metabolism -caffeine (same thing as green tea, metabolism booster) -jalapeno has a chemical that burns fat -everyone thinks cardio cardio cardio, but lifting heavy weights for lower reps will boost your testosterone, which will push your metabolism and fat loss through the roof. -eat small portions throughout the day, usually 8 small meals, itll keep your metabolism going full time -DRINK, water keeps you full and helps you digest food -its OK to eat desert! (i know, i just blew your mind) eat it after a workout with protein and it actually HELPS you :O -eating red meat boosts testosterone, again, more fat loss, more muscle, higher metabolism (dont eat it every meal, or youll risk a lot more side effects, like high cholesterol) -take vitamins! the magnesium and zinc will help boost testosterone levels naturally, (see above for the crazy good side effects of higher testosterone) -when u workout, try and combine endurance and power lifting, my favorite bench workout is to start light, build up to my 5 rep max REALLY quickly, then take the weight off 10lbs at a time and go till failure, itll boost testosterone and burn fat during the workout ONE MORE THING, i just rememebered higher testosterone means that youll feel better all day, youll do better in bed, and instead of cardio, where the fat burning effects stop when you do, a higher testosterone level means you stay burning fat for HOURS after your workout (guys, morning sex = higher testosterone throughout the day, just a tip) A mix of everything, including weight training, cardio and yoga. I have invented my own program to go by in exercising, and im not going to explain it all here, but a little bit of everything helps. Not just weight training because your muscles will get tightened way too much; not just cardio because you're not working all of your muscles; not just yoga because you're not moving. 0
