I always have thought that a lot of religious people don't always act according to the reality they believe in, 100% anyways. I think the religious who believe in pre determined death, aren't fully convinced 100% of the time, otherwise we would have those individuals getting together and protesting the punishment to murder, etc etc you get the point. No believer of predetermined death would do that, because when someone is murdered they become aware of the reality it wasn't right for thier life to be ended right there. Another thing is if their was a god who predetermined our deaths, why would he choose someone to die of murder? why would he put people through so much pain to kill themselves? why do some people die more noble than others, sometimes based on pure luck or unluck? If anyone believes that no-one should take responsibility for a life of another that has been taken due to a belief in predetermined death, then should I not be responsible for doing something horrible if I claimed that "my spritual beliefs" said it was to be, or to say it was gods plan thats why it happened? no, beliefs and laws should be separate, only thing compatible with law is facts. As for the car accident situation, it would really depend on how all that went down, either way though it was an accident no cold murder.
