In your opinion what is the perfect friend

Someone similiar to Lizzie and Saurbaby.

I have no friends. Only people who are my companion until opportunity to betray to better themselves comes along.

Friends do not exist. They are an illusion of a relationship created by social media displaying artificially romantic friendships and books depicting an emotional level of friendship far beyond reality.

If you actually do ever emotionally connect with someone to the level where you'd truly kill yourself for their betterment then I suggest you seek professional help as soon as possible.

I'm a cynical bastard who has grown up severely bullied and knows what life without a single friend is like. I have also, in the past, had people I considered friends who later showed me the lie that friendship is.

I am speaking from my heart the truth and nothing but and you are fully within your right to question me and attack my theory as you wish but the truth of it can only be known through life experience, not debating.

I didn't have friends all through primary school except one person who I rarely saw, but I have a group of really close friends now. Seriously, we're like sisters. I was bullied in primary school and got into fights a lot, so I know how you feel (if you're not just trolling), it is how I felt then.

Yeshua. Everyone else is evil. .

I don't think he or she could exist. The perfect friend would need a fatal flaw that would prevent them from being too perfect. I mean I need someone who would disagree with me every now and then, but someone who also has logic. I don't know, I don't have many friends, I distance myself from that kind of stuff.

Someone who fully understands the word silence, and is better than you at everything.

Defend you without question and never stab you in the back.

Hm...I'm not sure. But if I were to take all the qualities I like from all of my friends, they would be:

-Close enough that we can just sit and do homework together in silence and it doesn't feel awkward

-Gets the basic concept that if a joke hurts one's feelings, it is not one's job to just 'get over it'; it is the jokester's job to understand and apologize, and for both to just move on.

-Click with them; good sense of humor, easy and fun to talk to

-Trustworthy and gives good advice

-Comes to me first sometimes, so I'm not the only one initiating contact

-Affectionate and caring

-Imaginative and enjoys being silly

I could probably go on, but yeah, those are all qualities that I would say I look for in friends. :)

I judge my friends on the basis of one thing, how much appreciation they have for me.

A friend who is always there for you and will never turn his/her back on you.

How is a hot duck-buddy not the top answer? (Maybe some shared interests as well)
