Is America heading in the Right Direction?
Do you think that the United States is heading in the right direction? Policy, politically, or socially wise? If so, give some examples and what we should do to keep going. If not, give some examples and what can be done to reverse direction. It can be on religion, politics, economics, or, especially now, guns, or anything else. I would prefer Americans only, but I know there are many people from different countries here. For non-Americans, what is your perspective from the outside?

I chose "yes" arbitrarily. My argument is actually that your question is way too broad, especially in that I might think it's headed in the right direction in some ways and in the wrong direction in other ways. For example--I belive that we are headed in the wrong direction in terms of our relationship with Israel, but I also believe that we are headed in the right direction in terms of our attitudes toward gay marriage. For me, I think not since there US is quite bullying third world countries either through war or through politics. The US invaded our country way back due to their so called "Benevolent Assimilation Proclamation" which killed tons of Filipinos and Americans alike. Now in recent times, they still make bases here in our country even though there are numerous treaties that were signed. Plus Americans usually visit our country or other Asian and Latin countries for prostitution. But their fields in Science, Medicine, and Warfare are quite astounding. America is heading the right way in preserving its interests but it fails to meet the demands of its allies and somewhat abuses them.
