Is Biden's strong point his consistency?
Like most speeches, Biden's audiences never know what the ''IMBECILE'' is going to say before he starts his oration.
When THE IMBECILE starts talking his audiences still don't know what he's trying to say.
Then, when the fool is finished and goes off stage his bewildered audience continue to be baffled as to what the hell the ''IMBECILE'' was talking about.
A consistent, imbecilic, dithering half-wit, that's the president of the United States.
The only thing worse than an imbecile is a consistent IMBECILE.
No one knows what he's saying.
