This is essentially a linguistic debate. If you define race in certain ways, then British would fall under that definition. Define race in a different way and British ceases to be a race. So, I will say 'yes,' simply because there are definitions of the word "race" that would include British, and therefore British is a race in at least one sense. Side: yes

No, British peoples are not a part of some 'British Race'; rather, they are members of the Germanic race, being descended from the Angles, Saxons, Jutes, and Normans - all of which were Germanic tribes. I'm 100% sure I've explained this, but it is worth repeating... apparently for eternity. There is only one race of human. Black, white, red, yellow, tan, and other flesh colored people are all the same. Exacty. Like as in 99.8% DNA the same. Shaq to a midget white chick... all the same race.
