Is Dana/Sitara Bigoted?
It seems like Dana creates quite a few debates attacking specific groups of people based on their personal opinions and beliefs. She also insults and bans anyone who has a different opinion or belief than her. Below is the definition of bigoted, do you think she fits?

Alot of times she is pretty intolerant to views she doesn't agree with. I logged 5 minutes ago and I saw a random debate about males telling females what to do with their bodies. Then when I clicked on it, I saw that she banned me when I hadn't even seen/clicked on/posted an argument in/or even knew the debate existed before! Side: Yes

If anything, I think Sitara can be sensitive to certain issues and assumes ill-intent more often than is warranted with some individuals. Given her personal life experiences, which she has shared openly on CD, I think this could not only be understandable at least to a certain extent but even anticipated. I have personally found it quite possible to disagree with her and have never been banned by her from any debate. Consequentially, I do not think her conduct constitutes bigotry as defined above. A little clarity goes a long ways in any debate with any individual. The same can absolutely be said for an assumption of good intent and attempts at clarification before accusation and banning. There is fault with multiple parties. Now. Can we please all just grow up and learn from this instead of making rude remarks and banning each other right and left? Side: No

I guess in someways but I'd say she is more stupid/mentally ill then bigoted. There is an on going cycle, she puts her opinion on this site, someone debates her, she creates a straw man argument and says that a very large community/group of people have specifically targeted her. Side: No
Perhaps Sitara could grow with respect to debate technique, but so could the majority of debaters on CD. I think it is far too easy to dismiss someone as being stupid or mentally ill. While I strongly disagree with her practice of banning people and think she can sometimes feel victimized when that was not the intent of the poster, I can often see where she is coming from and in a number of cases that have transpired I think her responses are at least partially attributable to the lack of clarity by those posting. It can be difficult for anyone for whom issues are personal or triggering to assume good intentions and not read insult or insensitivity into unclear posts. Side: No
Is it bigoted to not like Nazis because of their policies? I didn't think so but your debate threw up an interesting point if it is bigoted to dislike a whole group of people due to their stance on something the disliking Nazis makes me a bigot and using that basis probably makes everyone some kind of bigot. This could have been a good debate but was spoiled by using it as a chance to bitch about Sitara, its about time people grew up and stopped bitching and whining about each other, I come here to debate not read a bunch of childish whingeing. Side: No
All anyone on this website seem to want to do anymore is socialize or post debates I've already done in the month I've been here. I agree, I have stooped to a terrible level to call out Dana. I was trying to make the point that we are all bigoted, her included, calling people bigots seems to be her go to insult. I could have taken a more tactful approach, but now I realize that this site isn't about serious discussion, just unsupported assertions and emotional pleas. Side: Yes
