Is Earth the best planet in our solar system?

When our solar system was formed, if you could have picked the planet that all life would appear on, would it be Earth? Assume that life is possible on any planet.

For human life, yes. It's proper distance from the sun, so we don't burn to a crisp or freeze (light we would on Jupitar or Pluto), it's proper with its atmosphere, and it has enough water for us.

Just testing the ban button to see if we can unban people. I guess not!

Yes because its the only planet that has life. The others don't.

Earth is perfect for us, not counting the people. It has everything we need.

Side: Yeah, Earth rocks

Yeah certainly because i guess on other planets you won't survive long. Life is only on earth not on the other planets.

I think it would be cooler if we lived on Neptune to be honest it's my favorite planet. It may be a little cold but we can adapt.

Yes indeed, lets all live in either Venus, Neptune or Uranus. Venus is warm, Neptune has large seas which may sustain life ( any many moons) and Uranus has a cool name :)

I would love to live on mars or saturn. Venus has a super thick atmosphere and it rains acid rain so things that enter there become eroded. I think Mars would be nice because of the richness of carbon that plants may need. Saturn may be cool. Atmosphere is hyper thick though and it is less dense than water but I think it would be a nice place to stay but it would be incredibly dark.

I'd choose a planet with less gravity. I'd like to fly, but having amazing ups would do too.

Everyone always talks about a planet with less or no gravity. However, it would get really annoying after a while. Trying it might be fun, but living that way...........na I will stick to my planet Earth.

(I know that you said less gravity, not no gravity)

If we were born there, it'd be natural to us. So we wouldn't recognize a difference, and we'd look at Earth from your perspective, thinking "more gravity? No thank you."
