Is Jesus a symbol of white supremacy?

Any anthropologist will tell you that Jesus couldn't possibly have had blond hair, blue eyes and fair skin, that's all a fiction. The people who lived in or near Israel at that time were brown skinned dark haired people. They looked more like Africans than Europeans. So Jesus has been whitened and why? Because racism and white supremacy is involved. I'm not saying that it's intentional or overt, it's just something that has evolved but that doesn't make it right.

I rarely see a depiction of Jesus without dark hair.

The people who lived in or near Israel at that time were brown skinned dark haired people.

It was a multicultural part of the Roman Empire.

Based on what?

So Jesus has been whitened and why? Because racism and white supremacy is involved.

Jesus is Asian in Asian cultures and black in black cultures.

Are black Jesus and Asian Jesus right?

Go ahead and freak out, I like it. I never said anything about Japanese Jesus or any of the other non-sense you're spouting but reel away just the same, it's all entertaining.

Click on the link to see what Jesus most likely looked like, assuming he ever existed to begin with.

I never saw that face on the wall at grandma's house.

Oh, OK. So you have no claim to the land then? It was multicultural and Jews are a real religion/fake race.

Side: Yes

Nope, just nope. He's a religious symbol, nothing more, nothing less. If you want to racialized, that's on you.

Jesus is a symbol of whatever one wants to make of the name. There are SOO many "interpretations" of what he (allegedly) said and did ... and NO ONE REALLY knows. There are NO photos, no recordings, no actual FACTS. Far more factual, or provable things are thrown out of our courts as "hearsay". So, you can symbolize all you want and nobody can stop you ... if you do no harm.

In answer to the question, I say no, but, there are those who will make of it what they will, and nobody can PROVE otherwise.... 'cause it's all hearsay.

How do you know the New Testament and the claims about Jesus from the time that are not Christian based, are not factual?

We discovered something in the interim called the laws of physics. You obviously missed that though, given that you apparently do not understand which direction time travels in.

How do YOU know they are?? Do you have a Bible signed by Jesus? A video, maybe? Some legal documents... witnessed? Were you there??

No. You just have what you have been told.

How do we know Jesus wasn't black?

He didn't deal in drugs.

He didn't kill members of the local police force.

He didn't get involved in rioting, property destruction and looting.

He wasn't a lazy shit.

He preached peace and forgiveness.

He believed in self-reliance and not to depend on the state for handouts.

* He preached good sound advice such as where to, and where not to sow your seeds.

There are many other character strengths which would have made it impossible for the son of God to have been black.

In most black dominated countries and communities the darkies are still living in B.C. conditions.

No. Yeshua, whom you call Jesus, is a brown skinned Sephardic Jewish Carpenter Rabbi, born of a Virgin. Yeshua said in John 7:24, to judge not according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgement. This prevents judging, by skin color. Also, Acts 17:26 says, that God hath made from one blood all the nations of men, to dwell upon the earth. That means all skin colors, are one human race. Another point is, judging with partiality, is condemned, in the Bible.

what the heck, Jesus would have been a black man how the HECK is he a symbol of white supremacy? Jesus teaches to love thy neighbor, no matter the race, so idk who asked this, but why is this even debatable?!?

If Jesus was a black man then how can Jews be a race? Most Jews today are white.

Yeshua/Jesus, was a brown skinned Sephardic Jewish Man, not black, and not white. Let's not play identity politics, with Yeshua.
