I think the issue is that minorities get more abortions than whites. The thinking goes that racist people want to reduce the number of minorities by killing them... legally and abortion is one way to do that. The problem is that (assuming we outlaw abortion) having an extra mouth to feed would make it hard for poor families (usually minorities) to improve their economic situation. Forcing them to feed that extra mouth is also racist because it keeps them poor. There is still the question as to whether or not there are enough financially stable families willing to adopt minority children. If there are enough white families willing to adopt minority children then they could brainwash those kids into becoming God fearing conservatives and the libs would lose the minority vote. However, you would also end up integrating minorities into the culture and hopefully reduce racism. There is a counter argument that white families will be able to integrate minorities into society simply by adopting them. For example, the gay population need straight people to provide them with a reliable, steady source of more gay people. And even though many gays come from God fearing conservative families, they have been shunned for quite long time. Only recently have we started integrating them into our society. So it may take some time but I think eventually it could work. The government could outlaw abortions and facilitate the adoption process. Then it can give incentives to adopt minority children. But there's a catch. When the minority child becomes old enough to mow the lawn, and his adopted parents force him to mow the lawn, that's may seem a little racist (i.e., the government may be seen as subsidizing slave ownership). So..., I guess no matter what you do..., it's racist. Everything is racist. And if you think that something is not racist, I can probably find a way to make it seem racist. Basically, if a person doesn't see something as being racist, then they are racist ;) Side: No.
