A miscarriage is defined as abortion. A miscarriage isn't murder. That's not the full medical definition, though. The full medical definition is "the spontaneous loss of a woman's pregnancy before the 20th week that can be both physically and emotionally painful". A miscarriage is a spontaneous abortion, or the loss of the fetus. Loss isn't the same as murder. Side: Abortion is murder
