Is any brain "Normal"
I mean we all have brains, but if a brain becomes "damaged", or is wired differently does that mean the reality you experience is real or "fake"

I think that in this area "normal" is defined as within a set amount of standard deviation of average. Meaning that brains that are close enough to what the majority of brains are like are considered "normal". That is how we commonly use that term. So, any brain/ manner of thinking that falls outside of a culturally defined acceptable standard deviation from the mean is considered an "abnormal" brain and should be put in the head of young Frankenstein's monster.
