Hmm it was a tough decisions, I based it upon imagining two different worlds of each extreme. A world with no law, no restrictions, no refulation, or no control, there would be nothing to stop me from killing anyone else, and nothing stopping someone else from killing me. In an anarchic nation, you would be responsible for your own safety and that of your dependants. Martial arts would sky rocket and more money would go into preventing crime and criminal psychology to create a peaceful environment. The problem is gangs. Gangs could form, split a nation into small tyrannies and go to war with each other. Before you know it you have a monarchy of some kind and then a democracy.
