Is it okay to be nude inside your house? (If it could effect others?)
A lonely old man was inside his home, watching TV. He was naked. A little girl (8 years old) crossed the frontyard with her mother. The little girl was very innocent with this stuff. The mother was furious a man didn't have clothes on, as it was ruining a child's innocence. The old man was inside his own house, his argument was it was free will, it was his house. The man did not show himself off to make the girl look in his direction, and the girl did not sticky beak into the house- she was just bypassing. Both are angry at the other, and both claim the other is in the wrong. Who is at the wrong? (If you had to pick one)

Of course that should be ok. Who hasn't walked around nude in their home at one time or another. Granted most people have the decency to close the curtains before hand. But just because he didn't do that doesn't change the fact that he should have the right to be nude in his house. Also another thing. Why are people so scared of the human body? So the girl saw some dudes member. Its not like she wouldn't eventually see one in the future. He didn't rape her or try and get her attention in any way. He was just watching TV. I highly doubt her seeing some random dudes junk when she was a child is going to harm her in anyway. Side: yes

I would like to make the less obvious point of: so what? To see a person naked neither breaks your leg nor picks your pocket. I think one of the interesting things about our culture is that there is this tendency to always associate nakedness with sexuality, which in many cases are unrelated. At some point all children will eventually see someone naked, and they are no better nor worse off for it. It is quite silly I think. And as others have pointed out, some curtains would help.
