Data's data. As long as you aren't harming anyone and possibly make some donation to an anti-genocide awareness fund or something if there are profits involved. This debate is similar to an episode of star trek voyager named 'nothing human', where research of a cardassian scientist (who used similar cruel methods on bajorans) is used to save a member of the crew, although she refuses to allow the treatment because of the origin of the research. It all depends on to what end you are using said data. It's not like your conducting the experiments yourself so your not actually doing anything wrong. And to add on to that those people died awful deaths if you use the data that resulted from those deaths to do something good then at least those awful deaths would not have been for nothing.
