Is it reasonable to believe billionaires will fix a system that helped them get rich?

Yes. They will fix it so it makes them EVEN MORE RICH. ..........................................

It isn't exactly unreasonable. If the fix involves leaving the rich rich than it doesn't matter to them, they are already rich. The fix prevents other people from getting rich, and rich people are known for loving that situation.

Fixing the system means taking money from the rich though.

No it doesn't. The system can be fixed by taking money from those trying to get rich. If you raise income taxes the rich still keep all the money they have already earned. If you close the loopholes that allow corporations to funnel out money, the money that has already been funneled out stays in the pockets of the rich.

Why would billionaires attempt to fix a system that made them billionaires ?

Billionaires also are not a collective group who make decisions together , in fact they're more than likely in competition with each other .

If a system is broke politicians should be the ones fixing it but every politician and follower of a political system believe their way is the right way .

Capitalism is our most effective economic model , flawed and all as it is , like it or not , it's a dog eat dog world
