Hello bront:

Naming to who?? The media? FOX News? The guy on the corner?

The cops don't announce WHO they're investigating or WHY, and it's nuts to think they should.. There ARE predicates to an investigation, but it's also nuts to think they need to be divulged.

If the predicates are to be made public, the TRIAL is where that happens..

You know what a predicate is, right? Nahhh, you don't know or you wouldn't have asked the question you did..

Actually you can't investigate someone without cause and/or a warrant.

Probable cause" generally refers to the requirement in criminal law that police have adequate reason to arrest someone, conduct a search, or seize property relating to an alleged crime. This requirement comes from the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which states that:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be searched."

You don't have to tell the accused what you are investigating them for you pointlessly stupid, deceitful slimeball.

It's already a "trial". They're literally attempting to subpoena people, documents and records, and hold people in contempt...

You know what a predicate is, right? Nahhh, you don't know or you wouldn't have asked the question you did..

Yes. Bill Barr used the word many times. Democrats seemed confused...
