Someone your age, yes. But, if you grew up with different music, there is no reason to change now. If you don't like today's music, you can definitely find some older people who will agree with you.

Plus, it is also weird to ignore the music of today because then you wouldn't be able to make fun of the people who do listen to it.

Side: Yes

I only listen to music with emotion and power that gives you chills.

I listen to modern, yet obscure music. I don't know anything about what's popular. The joys of internet!

Hope not, I love the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Hendrix, a bit of AC/DC and others. Including Beethoven, Chopin, Bach and Shostakovitch.

Side: No

No. Sometimes you find a good song you like, and you stick with it. Other times you hear a new song you hate, and you just refrain from all new songs for a while.

Side: No

No, it is free choice and free will for those who want to do what they want

What's the sense?? Today they have moved the "music" to the foreground and the "singer" to the background! Most of them likely can't "sing", which is why they refer to themselves as "artists" rather than singers, I guess.

You can hear every word of a song up until somewhere in the 90's, after that, you need to get the words from the internet ... or wherever! Maybe if you are gifted with acute hearing you can separate them from the "noise", I can't. I CAN still enjoy the music I USED to be able to hear, and still can! Thankfully!
