Is meditation benificial or a waste of time?
Meditation is the act of remaining in a silent and calm state for a period of time, as part of a religious training, or so that you are more able to deal with the problems of everyday life.
I realise that meditation comes in many forms but I am talking about in general. Mainly thinking about the methods in which someone will sit silently or sit humming for lengthy periods of time.
