By definition it is, now it may now be called a minor planet, however the word planet simply means a somewhat round object which orbits a star, which is what pluto is!

Side: Yes

I will opine that it is based on what I learned in Science class in school.

Side: Yes

Not anymore, but it could be renamed because of it. Highest number of votes has the Vulcan. :)

Not now lol it's a "Large orbiting body" who fucking knows anymore, one day it's this, the next day it's that, I love my science but the science council can be just as ridiculous as the Vatican, all I know is Pluto is a big fucking rock that orbits our sun.

no.its not a planet.According to the new definition, a full-fledged planet is an object that orbits the sun and is large enough to have become round due to the force of its own gravity. In addition, a planet has to dominate the neighborhood around its orbit.

Pluto has been demoted because it does not dominate its neighborhood. Charon, its large "moon," is only about half the size of Pluto, while all the true planets are far larger than their moons.

Side: No

Considered a dwarf planet

Nope, it's not. Whether it should be or shouldn't, it is now recognised as not being a planet.
