Is sarcasm beyond comprehension?

I'm starting to believe that sarcasm is a forgotten langauge.

Sarcasm totally misunderstood and a thing of the past, which means I may not have anymore friends if that happens.

No. It's just difficult to use and interpret online.

Well, sarcasm can be difficult to detect on-line some times.

Sarcasm is a dying art, one's practice of it defined who you were ( or not) LOL

All of my friends plus me are way too sarcastic. I believe if sarcasm died, then I'd be in big trouble....uh oh.

Sarcasm has been used for centuries from Plato to the newspapers, magazines, speakers, etc. and now it is dead on-line. Why? I believe it is do to the fast passed world we live in, were fusses are short and the literal is taught.

Imagination, creativity, individuality all are not encouraged, but discouraged. Society is being shaped to be the text book example. Schools, society, work places all been curving us slowly, orientation.
