Just to play Devil's advocate here... why it is ok for married heterosexuals to have sex only to when they want reproduce, but yet you also find it ok for homosexuals to have sex if they are in a committed relationship despite there being no chance for reproduction? Are you saying that the only moral reason to have sex is to make babies? If that is the case, why do you say it is moral for homosexuals to have sex? I don't understand your argument at all! Well anime, your view is a very practical one. The biological function of sex is to reproduce. Just as the function of the breast is as a mammary gland. I think that we have lost touch of human design in this modern society. Fevers are designed to burn out pathogens. When teeth come in, it's time to start eating solids. Sex is the means of reproducing. I think that a lot of things go awry the further away from natural they get - sex is no exception. When sex is viewed as recreation rather than what it intended for, than we as a society end up with problems. Unwanted pregnancies and a need for abortion, only one of many of those problems. Sex is fun & natural. I personally do not use sex to simply reproduce. I am however aware of it's design and realize that when it is treated as a toy, immoral results are more likely to occur. But changing that, is changing the view of a society. Side: Yes very much so

Morality is relative. Sex doesn't hurt anyone, in fact most people would agree that it actually is pretty good. If your morals are fucked up by a twisted view of religion then I can't help you. Hypothetically if God did make us then he also created us with the desire to have sex. You must have a pretty twisted God that would intentionally make you instinctively want sex, and then when you act on these primal feelings, sends you to Hell. And of course he does it because he loves you, don't forget that part. Side: Sex is natural
Sex is natural. So long as it doesn't come in conflict with your personal belief about anything, like religious beliefs, social pacts, or especially your health you can have all of the sex you want. No one here can prove whether sexual conduct is immoral or moral, it's based on an individual's values. There is no real good or bad, so all you can do is please yourself. From a strictly logical stance that takes into account all of the diverse perversions (which may not be a correct term by the standards of your very legitimate arguement) of any thing that can both understand and has un-understandable (at least at this stage) instincts. It is though important to make a distinction in this type of arguement, only to not be misunderstood, that a complete lack of actual inherent morals, what you're speaking of, does not mean that there are not things that are self and culturally destructive (such as rape, incest, and pedephilia) that do exist and should not, which we call immoral due to man's marriage to the superstitious idea of religion. Why? Because he doesn't share your sanctity for the Bible? Because he thinks there should be a logical reasoning behind peoples morality? I truly do not understand why sexual intercourse would be considered immoral no matter what. There are times when sex is considered immoral and illegal at the same time, but outside of those things it is very much fun and more! Sexual intercourse that would be considered immoral includes, incest, rape and engaging in sex with a minor. I'll throw in having sex with a Catholic Priest or any denomination/religion that forbids it. I'm not certain I understand your argument about homosexuals, however, and wish you would explain that to us. Side: Great sex is a pleasure to enjoy
There is an idea that somehow sex is fun because it is somehow good to reproduce. Now regardless of which side of the arguement you fall on, that is most definitely not the case. (and this is all a sideline to my point anyway, but I just want to say...) Think of the actual act of sex. Who on earth - what demented creature would engage in such a violating, sweaty, animalistic act, if it was not so irrisistably fun? People have sex to have sex. Babies are a product of that. For better or worse. Sure now we know sex = babies, and some couples go for it, but you see what I mean I think. The reason it feels so good is because bioligically it has to for our continued existance. It's not because it was meant to, or because some god made it that way, or because it's some forbidden fruit or some reward. It's a happy mistake, and plenty of species threw their name in the hat, shook it up, and didn't think sex was fun, and died off as a result. (okay, now I'll get on point) But a lot of things feel good that don't make babies. A back massage feels good. No babies. Taking a big dump feels good. Again, no babies. So why would the act of sex be any more moral or immoral than a back rub? Simple. Control. A long time ago, people noticed that other people had sex and were making babies that no one knew what to do with, so they started making rules, explaining logically that too many people = not enough food or a pain in the ass, or whatever. But some people were too dumb to care, so logic turned into a sexual moral code. Now there's someone watching your every move, a big daddy in the sky. And he says that some sex is bad, and some is good. And it's all fashioned to control the masses. It's B.S. though it served a purpose at one point, just like not eating a cow's ass cut down on disease. Now we know how to cook a cow's ass, so it's okay to eat a hotdog. You probably won't get sick. For better or for worse. There is nothing immoral about anything as long as no one is hurt. Any type of sex, anywhere, anytime, is moral. Using a condom is moral. Not using a condom is moral. Sex in public is moral. S&M;is moral. Furry sex is moral. Gay sex is moral. Ass sex is moral. It's moral to cum in someone's ear. It's moral to eat cum out of a homo's ear blindfolded while a mute licks your taint. You get the point. No harm, no foul. Side: No its very fun

We all are a sexual being. Its in our nature and I can see nothing wrong about it. As long as we are doing it in a non promiscuous way it is alright. A person should also be mature enough to take the responsibility of the actions. It is in fact one of our biological needs so as long as we engage ourselves with the precautionary measure we might as well enjoy the act. Side: No its very fun

Is FUN immoral? What's the difference of having sex for pleasure as opposed to watching a comedy for pleasure? In both cases you are hurting nobody and enjoying yourself and that's ALL that happens. If you think sex for fun is bad because you could also make a life, than because having no sex instead is ever less likely to produce a life all virgins until marriage are intentionally the most immoral creatures there are. I must admit the more I read in these comments the more I understand about why the U.S. is considered the spoiled child by Europeans.Also that there is not any real sense of long history[300yrs hardly counts] Do you have any idea how society ,modern society came about and how much in danger you are of losing all those things //freedoms you take so for granted because you live like children in the present apart from a few misguided facts here and there.Sex is connected to the animal self which keeps us in the lower realms.Used well it is a great gift and pleasure but it has not been used well mostly, and often hideously and we lose the right eventually Waken up .The big crash was led by the States because people thought they had a right to buy big houses etc. If you have abused sex then you will pay the consequences .Nothing is free,there are always payments for negative behaviour .There are no long term Human Rights only responsibilities.It is the illusion of an ignorant culture that we have the right to do as we wish.All history shows this.Only that which accepts a higher law will survive. U.S. constitution states that all men [and women were created equal] but that was an awfully long time ago.They are not equal now that is the point you are forgetting, and when secular law is too far from the universal law, disaster always falls on the former adherents. Not biblical much much earlier than that the laws can be seen. So some can have sex with impunity[money in the bank] but those without could crash tommorrow,no warning.
