I am just going to put this out there: Yeshua/Jesus is safe, but Christians are not. They are so judgemental of anyone who does not fit their narrative.

No, in many places in the world Christian Churches are not safe places, for Christians that is.

Where Christians co-exist with Muslims, Islamic extremists regularly slaughter those of the Christian religion whilst in their place of worship.

Over the past decade 100s of Christians, men, women and children have been murdered and maimed.

In addition to this Christian Churches across Europe, especially France are being desecrated at an alarming rate by Muslims.

This sacrilege is feared to be the forerunner for the murder of Christians as we've witnessed in countries across Africa such as Sri Lanka.

Christians are not safe people. They are so unlike Yeshua. Yeshua came not to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. In Yeshua's day, the Pharisees were an issue, in our day, mainstreem Christians are an issue. Persecution is not an excuse for someone to perpetuate the cycle of persecution. You're a Christian? Good for you, now be like your Christ, or don't claim to be a Christian. Yeshua have mercy on you!

It really depends which church you're talking about. To assume all churches are one or the other is mind numbingly stupid.

It would be nice if it were but no, it's a building like any other with the exception that fanatics feel their actions are justified, especially in a church where they believe they are doing God's work in His house. If anything it's more dangerous depending on the people inhabiting it.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, it is a safe place to find peace or answers, possibly a place to feel accepted.

Again, it depends on the people inhabiting it.
